Jeri Brainard

Jeri Brainard (Lincoln, Nebraska) 

Jeri Brainard was born in California, but lived most of her life in Nebraska. Brainard’s views of academic information and experimentation of the elements, and principles of art have more value to her than subject. Brainard’s work has won numerous awards in regional, national, and international exhibitions. Her work is hung in private, college, and public institutions in the United States, Vietnam, and the Czech Republic. Recently she was part of a group exhibition in Italy and was invited to have a solo show at the University of Nebraska East campus. Jeri’s works mostly with acrylics, watercolor, craved linoleum and wood cut prints. Brainard believers that art is telling a story across generations identifying our time in history.
