Courtney Kuehn

Courtney Kuehn is an artist based in the Midwest. She is currently pursuing a Master of Fine Arts degree in painting and drawing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in studio art at Concordia University, Nebraska in 2019.

Courtney’s work is an extension of herself and what she is feeling. Her drawings are mostly graphite on paper, and she uses her body and self-image as her content. Channeling what is going on in her mind into her art helps her come to terms with what she is feeling and how to cope with those feelings. She hopes her art can help others the way it helps her; by confronting the troubles and pain we all face to, therefore, overcome them.
