Kiechel Fine Art Event Space Rental Services
Kiechel Fine Art is available for your fine event needs such as private parties, rehearsals, corporate events, fundraisers, or seated dinners. Kiechel Fine Art has over 10,000 square feet for your fine event needs that include rotating art exhibitions that will make any event a unique experience.
Kiechel Fine Art Bar
The Kiechel Fine Art bar features many additional benefits. You are able to rent the bar or reserve space for your private gathering of your choice. Kiechel Fine Art provides bartending services for all events as well as custom cocktail menus and wine tastings prior to the event so you can choose the best wine pairing options for your meal or event. Kiechel Fine Art is also accustomed to working with local catering services and can be the connection between your food & beverage pairings or options.

Rentals for Exhibitions
Kiechel Fine Art can also be rented for art exhibitions such as estate sales, honors or masters exbibits, groups or art organizations.
Up to 3 Hours
- 1-50 Guests – $3500
- 51-200 Guests – $5000
- 200+ Guests – $7500
- All rentals include first floor, second floor, third floor and roof deck (seasonal)
- Each additional hour – $1000
All rentals include:
- Bar Service
- For security reasons all alcohol must be purchased and served by Kiechel Fine Art for all events.
- Cash or Host bar available.
- A list of house beers and wines with pricing is available upon request. Additional choices and custom drink menus are available.
- Event staff
- This includes 2 bartenders and KFA staff on premise.
- Sound System
- Hosts may connect compatible devices to centralized speaker system for first and second floor.
- Access to Kitchen
- All events include access to second floor kitchen. This includes full size refrigerator and microwave.

- Host will be responsible for set up and tear down of all catering.
- Tables and chairs
- Host is responsible for rental of tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware, etc. Event Coordinator can assist in renting appropriate tables and chairs.
- Kiechel Fine Art will supply bar set up, with linens and glassware.
- Decorations
- Because the Gallery will be displaying fine art, our event coordinator must approve all decorations.
- Event Contract
- All hosts will be required to sign an event contract.
- A rental deposit of 50 percent of the rental fee will be required at time of signing.
