Since 1986, Kiechel Fine Art has specialized in contemporary and 20th century Regionalist art. KFA represents the John Steuart Curry Estate and is a premier source for work by Thomas Hart Benton and Grant Wood. In 1934, Time Magazine coined the term “Regionalist” to describe a group of American artists dedicated to painting the American scene. With their paintings of everyday American life, history and folklore, John Steuart Curry, Thomas Hart Benton and Grant Wood became the acknowledged leaders of this movement. KFA is proud represent the John Steuart Curry Estate and work with the Thomas Hart Benton Trust.
